Though I think maybe the colours are a little too saturated and dark?

You think so? I completly changed the hue and luminance of the green background to separate it more from the dandelion :) I have different versions of this photo but I uploaded the punchier one :D I really appreciate your feedback and if you have time you could check out my other photos :)

Any chance I could see the original version? :) Do you have it uploaded?

I understand why you made the background darker, but I really don't think it's worked here. The dandelion has a light source on it, which isn't reflected in the background.
